Events

Every year, the Club organises a series of events, the so-called “Stammtische” (regular round tables), about current agricultural and horticultural topics. In addition, several informative visits to different States take place in close cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Regional Identity (BMLEH), the German Horticultural Association (ZVG) as well as the German Farmers’ Association (DBV).

Annual Reception

​

At the end of the year, the Club organises its traditional annual reception where Club members present their countries to around 250 guests, a “Who’s Who” of agricultural policy-makers and the German food industry. These include leading figures from the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture, members of the Bundestag, Presidents, Managing Directors and decision-makers from professional associations, specialist agencies and research institutes, and many more.
